BAD EXPERIENCE

BOUGHT SOUND SYSTEM AT BAYWEST MALL BRANCH. ONLY TO FIND OUT IT HAS A VOLUME PROBLEM. I WENT TO THE SHOP THEY TOOK IT AND TOLD ME THEY WILL SEND TO LG. NOW I HAVE WAITED MORE THAN 21 WORKING DAYS . I PHONE THE BRANCH TODAY THE LADY TRANSFERED ME TO THE MANAGER COZ SHE DIDNT HAVE ANSWERS FOR ME , THE MANAGERS PHONE RANG AND AND IT WAS HANGED UP ON ME. SO HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW OR GET HELP PLZ LET ME KNOW!!. LG SENT ME EAMAIL ASKING ME TO RATE THEM BUT HOW WILL I DO THAT IF I HAVE NOT RECIEVED BACK MY PRODUCT?

Billing me for their error

Bought a new TV. Had it a month.

Took it back in January this year as it was not working and still under warranty. It's nearly end of March still no tv back or a credit note. When we called in. It turns out that weeks later they never returned the remote to the supplier but we are still out of pocket and our account has not been corrected.

To make matters worse, they still have an oven of ours since December. Stay away from Hi fi Corp. Better quality appliances at a China town.

Everything that we have purchased from them has gone back for repairs and now they don't worry about your problems just as long as you pay. Pathetic service

Again, a dismal and absolute fail when it comes to customer service! I purchased an item online and am still waiting after 6 days to receive it. Numerous emails to Hifi corp resulted in no response from anyone. I finally chatted online with an agent with the result that Hifi corp would investigate and get back to me in 48 hours. This is unacceptable and I have asked for a refund. I will NOT be purchasing from them again.

I would like to thank Pretty, Rethabile and Cindy from Mall of Africa for their excellent customer service and most importantly their patience and Big smiles which I received within this week when applying for credit and purchasing a laptop and Bluetooth speaker. I'm even writing this review with the brand-new deviceLove I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received from them today.

Unsatisfactory service

Customer service at Matsapha branch is atrocious and the manager is not Customer friendly. I have been telling my friends and relatives to avoid shopping at this store experiences at this store as I have had two negative experiences while trying to purchase a tablet for my daughter in October and an airfryer yesterday.

BAD SERVICE, BROKEN PROMISES AND USELESS TRACKING

8 DAYS SINCE MY ONLINE ORDER PLACED. NO PRODUCTS RECEIVED.

ONE OF 4 ITEMS WAS SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY BUT ARRIVED DAMAGED - I SENT IT BACK.

THE VERY SAME DAMAGED ITEM WAS SENT OUT AGAIN THE NEXT DAY AND AGAIN I SENT IT BACK.

SINCE THEN HIFI CORPORATION COULD NOT CONFIRM WHEN THE RETURNED ITEM OR ANY OF THE OTHER OUSTANDING ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED.

ONLINE TRACKING DOESNT WORK.

PROMISES FOR CALL BACK IS A HOAX.

CALL CENTER TAKES FOREVER TO ANSWER AND THEN CANNOT GIVE FEEDBACK/ ANSWERS.

ESCALATED THE NON-DELIVERY ISSUE 3 DAYS AGO, STILL CANNOT GET ANSWERS. EVEN CALL CENTRE FOR ONLINE ORDERS CANNOT ASSIST.

WHY WOULD I EVER SPEND MONEY AT HIFI CORP AGAIN?

Appallingly bad after sales service

I bought a brand new Defy DGS679 gas oven. After delivery I had a registered gas installer install it, the ignition system to ignite the gas work with normal 3pronged household plug.

The moment it was plugged into the socket it tripped the electricity of the home. I immediately logged a complaint. It took them a whole week to eventually respond to my request, where upon I was informed, I had to wait so they will log a technician with Defy "in due course". I also tried to log the defective oven to Defy directly, and they refused to do anything as it was apparently up to HIFI corp.

to log the defect. My family have now been without means to prepare food for two week and neither HiFi corp. nor Defy demonstrated any sense of urgency to this matter. They are very quick in making the sale, however after sales leaves much to be desired form both companies.

I had simply been told by Defy to wait until a technician is in my area. So herewith my warning when dealing with either HiFi Corp or Defy products, buyer beware, after sales is basically a joke.

No follow up... " ready to pick " that's all it says, agent could not pick up my order via order number.

I simply asked what is the status on the order that's all. Placed the order on the 24th

Asking for a solution

I have a Sinotec TV screen that I bought 3 years ago, the screen has an extended warranty of 2 years, which makes it 5 years warranty, now my ip is clear, all the writings has faded and I threw it away as it was of no use, but I now have a problem, my screen is faulty, what can I do in this sitution, as I went to Hifi Cop I'm Cornobia and they couldn't help me. But when my freind had the same problem with Makro they took the serial number of a TV and they were able to help

They email people specials and advertise items on the internet but as soon as you add the item to yout chart they automatically delete it and push up the price. They had a sansui 55 inch TV advertised on an email I received shd it was advertised on Google aswell. I webt on the link added it to my cart and they just deleted it. When I went back on the item. It states the item you looking for cannot be found. I took 2 screen shots of both adds. I think it's unfair towards us as buyers

kindly note i have been having problems with Packard bell flex laptop that i bought this year January. this time will be the second time am bringing it to be fixed.

my biggest problem is my kid uses it for home schooling and every time when we have low shedding it only last for 10 minutes and it goes off even if it was fully charged. my kid has lost 15 days of school due to this problem. i bought the laptop at Carnival Mall on the 17th of January 2021 but since it has been a nightmare. can i be allowed to exchange the laptop as fixing it does not help me and my child is frustrated due to this.

again for me to be informed that it takes 21 days for it to be fixed is not good enough as my child cannot stay that long missing school. i have taken again the laptop for fixing and hopefully i will be given an opportunity to choose another laptop even if i add more on top its fine.
